Deborah Cameron Creative Artist 

 Deborah Cameron is one of our employers who is currently supporting a young person into sustainable employment with support from the Fife Job Contract. With the business growing Deborah is looking to work with the Fife Job Contract Team again, providing a second sustainable outcome for a successful candidate. 

Deborah provides a diverse and inclusive environment for anyone looking to learn crafting skills. A group came together to learn the art of wreath making. Coping with life’s up and down the group covered all ages young people to the more mature generation, with barriers put behind them, we all started on an even keel.

Clear and encouraging instruction, gave an opportunity to engage across the ages and allow individual expression to come to the fore.  

These crafting opportunities, open the doors for creativity. 

 With employers embarking on a partnership with Fife Job Contract, receive funding support for a designated period and support from a dedicated Employability Officer for 52wks. It has and can make all the difference.  

 If you are an employer or one of our Service Directorates, we can support you for recruitment, we can help promote additional jobs, Modern Apprenticeships and provide support on multiple fronts.
