MA Pathway to Career Success with Fife Job Contract

Well Done Umar!! Successfully completing his Modern Apprenticeship – Enabling Clients to Access Career Development Services as a proactive member of the Fife Job Contract Team (FJC). Umar started with us in December 2023, with a gentle break into the functions and operations of the FJC. 

Umar started his Modern Apprenticeship in January 2024, completing the qualification in 8 months.  

 Speaking to Umar he said,’ I can now work as a qualified Employability Project Officer. The qualification gave me the confidence to complete the reviews and other compliance documents, meet new people and a greater knowledge of the FJC and what we do.’ 

 Looking to move his career forward, Umar is hoping to have a more in-depth approach to employability. Umar also indicated the MA was really worthwhile, if anyone is interested n entering the world of employability – this is an excellent jumping of point.
