Fife Job Contract – Compliance Team 
 
The Compliance team are an essential component to the smooth running of the Fife Job Contract. Keeping a watchful eye on our targets, budgets and outcomes across the programme. Fife Job Contract has been running for over 10years and Ann Salt has been with the programme since it started.
Now she leads the Compliance team as a Project Co-Ordinator, FJC/Project 
Compliance. 
 
Ann has been the go-to person for all queries within the Fife Job Contract but now with so many employers looking to engage, it was getting more than one person could manage. Along came Lynn Bell, Employability Compliance Officer – Employability, with Lynn’s underpinning knowledge of all thing's compliance and Fife Job Contract; Lynn ensures we (Employability Officers) don’t miss a thing when dealing with clients and employers. 
 
Tracking our successes and reporting to Ann to manage the statistics/outcomes. Last but certainly not least is Silvia Ilinca, Employability Compliance Officer. Silvia is a recent addition to the team, and she looks after the ‘Life Chances’ compliance, working closely with dedicated Employability Officers and Fife Council Directorates, Anchor organisations and 3rd sector partners. 
 
The Fife Job Contract has met all challenges, targets and outcomes. With a team that supports not only the clients and employer but each other.
